Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100. This applies to the Continental US Only (48 States). We will select the most efficient and cost-effective method, such as Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS Priority.

We always try our very best to ship items quickly and usually within 1 business day. We ship most items via USPS First Class if under 16oz. Larger orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We will ship to the address you list when ordering.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day return policy for items that arriveĀ damaged, defective or not as described. We request that you provide photos of any damaged or defective items, including packaging. All returns must be pre-approved. Items returned should be in unused condition, in original packaging and include all parts & materials. If the item originally qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund unless the item has arrived to the buyer damaged, defective or not as described.

Notes:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees, except for items that may have arrived to you damaged, defective or not as described. If you need to return an item that arrived damaged, defective or not as described, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • When returning items over $100 in value, please consider adding tracking and insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive returned items.

After we receive your returned item(s), it may take 1-2 business days to process your return and issue you a credit. Returns will be credited to the initial form of payment and you will be notified via e-mail when your return has been approved and is ready to process. It usually takes 3-4 business days for the returned funds to show in your account.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Clearance or Sale items
  • Books, DVDs
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been modified, in any way, so they are no longer in their original condition.
  • Spinning wheels or other equipment that has been assembled, or has been finished or painted by the buyer.
